This book aims to catalyze the contributions of Black Nation Builders in Canada. It will provide a comprehensive and detailed exploration of the diverse history of individuals who have played, and continue to play, pivotal roles in shaping the nation’s development across various sectors.
By chronically examining historical achievements, cultural contributions, and ongoing efforts in areas such as politics, arts, science, and community building, this work will document the invaluable impact of Black Canadians. The narrative will not only honor those who have paved the way but also inspire future generations to recognize and continue this legacy of excellence and resilience.
Book Production Schedule – Toronto, Canada
1. Organize a panel discussion on the last Saturday of July, featuring distinguished guests from the Black community. This event aims to celebrate the contributions of Canadians to inclusion and diversity within Canada’s Black community.
2. Host an awards ceremony on November 28, 2026, in Toronto, to honor at least 50 nominees. This event will recognize community members who have made significant contributions to advancing Canadian ethnic diversity and to the development of the Black community in Canada.
3. We propose to hold the final book launch in November 2027, which will offer special recognition to some living Black Nation Builders and community leaders in Canada.
